Jordyn's first doctor's appointment. So far since birth Jordyn has lost 10 ounces but the doctor is not concerned. She is healthy and strong and the doctor is very pleased. Jordyn was not happy about being unclothed - it was pretty cold and she let us know. The doctor said he loves hearing babies scream the way she did because he knows she is healthy. Sick kids don't scream like that. She is a nice pink color with no sign of jaundice. Prognosis: Excellent. We will go back next week to monitor her weight, etc.

As for our first few days home, so far so good. We got some good sleep last night so we are thankful for that.

We also want to extend a BIG THANK YOU to our church and family who have provided meals for us and offered to get us things to make the transition at home so easy. We are enjoying everything and we just really appreciate everyone's generosity.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT QUALSTAR - Aaron's work. When we got home from the doctor, we received an edible arrangement in a bear vase with fruit cut out like little bears and budding roses with a balloon declaring 'Its a Girl'. It is so beautiful we don't want to open it and eat it - but we will, of course! We just want everyone at Qualstar to know how touched we are by your generosity, we did not expect such generosity and you keep surprising us. We are looking forward to thanking you for all you have done for us and our growing family.

Thank you to Katten Muchin Rosenman for the gorgeous flowers we really appreciate them thank you.
